My Mother, Minnie May Summers, attended some of the Adolf Eichmann trials and I am trying to discover why/how she was allowed to attend. She is now deceased and I just want to know more about her past.

I have no idea. The trial was broadcast worldwide, so it’s possible it was open to the general public, but I have no knowledge. Write to the AG in Israel and you can probably find out.
